I am always looking for new exciting dressings and marinades to spice up my salads and meats and Galeo’s truly had a variety of flavors. The flavors available from Galeo’s dressing at this time are Miso Caesar, Miso Dijonaise, Miso Ginger-Wasabi, Miso Chia-Seed Ranch Miso Southwest & Miso Sesame Seed. I tried each of these dressings on my daily salads at work and I also tried a few of them on salmon, potatoes and chicken! My favorite dressing out of all of these for my salad was the Miso Caesar and for my chicken, salmon and potatoes I loved the Miso Dijonaise. The Miso Dijonaise marinade was tangy and sweet and had a small kick to it.
I am not into spicy items, but I did have my husband try these dressings and his favorite was the only spicy one in the batch, the Southwest. He said the Southwest seemed to pair well on chicken and could be used on seafood as well. He plans to try it on shrimp because he thought that would go well with it.
