I have decided to highlight Bed, Bath and Beyond because they have such awesome deals regularly, fabulous customer service and they even take back purchases months after the fact if they are not decent merchandise!
I had recently purchased a mattress topper for our bed at Bed, Bath & Beyond since we had bought a new bed that was quite firm. Although the mattress topper seemed great at first, it wore out quickly and improperly. Unfortunately, we no longer had our receipt and we had taken off the mattress cover and stored it in the corner of our spare bedroom for 3 months debating what to do with it. I decided to make a phone call to Bed, Bath and Beyond to explain the $350 topper wore out in 5 months and they gladly said they would take the product back sans receipt by simply looking up our credit card! We were so grateful and they were so helpful when we brought it back to the Mission Viejo store and they gave me a complete refund!
Groupon Coupon has a variety of different deals under each store and vendor they work with. Why not try to save as much money as possible when shopping? Yeah Bed Bath is pretty awesome! Had a Keurig coffee machine that was gifted to me. I forget, something happened, it was leaking water or something; with no box and no receipt, I called the store in Pleasant Hill, CA, they gladly exchanged it for a new one saying it was a known issue!
That is an awesome story! I am thinking of purchasing a Keurig. Maybe I need to purchase it there! 🙂
