SEE NEW YEAR’S EVE EVENTS 2014
My second favorite holiday next to Halloween being the first is definitely New Years Eve because it is always one big party. I am definitely a social butterfly that always loves to plan fun events and get out and have a great time. This year, we are attending the OC Fair Block Party New Years Eve event, which is always a great time; see my post: OC FAIR BLOCK PARTY GIVEAWAY for more details about that event.
I thought I would share some other fun New Years Eve events that are taking place in Orange County, Los Angeles and Las Vegas areas in this post. In the past, my most favorite place to celebrate New Year’s Eve is by far in Las Vegas! Of course, the people definitely make the place, so if you are with good friends, family and fun people it is always a good time 🙂
The first event I want to give mention to is TAO nightclub at the Venetian in Las Vegas. The Venetian is a special place to me because it is where my husband proposed.:) This nightclub is always a good time when I have been in the past. It seems like I always see a celebrity when I go there. Attached here I have a picture of Jamie Foxx buying everyone in the club shots one night when we were there..:) Anyhow, the entrance to this nightclub has dim lit candles with bathtubs filled with rose petals and gorgeous women dressed seductively upon entering. There are 2 different dance rooms, several bars and one of the bar areas has a wall of Buddha’s. The dance music here is a great mix of top 40, techno, house, and a little 80’s mix up. For New Year’s Eve, there is a special party which is definitely worth the money. J. Cole will be hosting the party this year & for $150 you get:
- 2-hour Premium Open Bar (9pm-11pm)
- 3-hour of heavily passed Hors D’oeuvres (9pm-12am)
- Champagne Toast at Midnight
- Free entry to LAVO Nightclub after midnight
Another option that I have never tried, but I contemplate every year, which sounds like another good value for your dollar is the New Years Eve yacht Party. Un4Seen Productions put on this party in Newport Beach at the Newport Beach Harbor and in Los Angeles at the San Pedro Harbor. It looks like a fabulous time on a gorgeous yacht and for between $145-$175, depending on your ticket option, you get a 4 hour cruise (board boat at 8:30 pm & it returns at 1am) that includes a premium open bar all night, champagne greeting, an appetizer buffet, New Year’s Party favors, a DJ & Dancing. There are 3 levels on the ship that include a bar/lounge, a main room with hip hop, dance & Top 40 music, and a scenic deck where you can dance under the stars:) Get your tickets and see event details here: http://www.un4seenproductions.com/
A fun place to go on New Year’s Eve if you want something a little less pretentious, but with a great vibe with great people is Baja Sharkeez. Baja Sharkeez & Panama Joes are always a good time!! I recently had a fan party at Baja Sharkeez Huntington Beach to meet my fans and we all had a blast. This year for New Years Eve, Baja Sharkeez is having a party that starts at 8pm and is inclusive of food for only $34.99!!! This is a deal you cannot beat!! The New Years Eve party will include party glasses, glowing light sabers, party favors, VIP reserved seating and a four course meal!! Each person will get their choice of an appetizer, salad, entrée, and dessert!! There is also a bottle of champagne included!! The last event I want to share is White Wonderland at the Anaheim Convention Center. This event looks awesome as they have several different musicians performing including AVICII & Sebastian Ingrosso. General admission tickets are $120 which guarantees access to the event.
