Arriving at Taste of Anaheim with my "taste men"

Arriving at Taste of Anaheim with my “taste men”

This past Thursday, we had the opportunity to attend the Taste of Anaheim at the Garden Walk in Anaheim, California.  See my part 1 post here: Taste of Anaheim. This event was awesome in that all of the restaurant and beverage vendors were set up throughout the outdoor plaza along with bands for entertainment. The Garden Walk is a gorgeous shopping center nestled in the bustling city of Anaheim, only a couple of blocks from Disneyland!

Photo Booth Time!!

The Taste of Anaheim had a variety of local vendors that supplied awesome samples to taste from their restaurants. The most exciting thing about this event for me was the fact that a variety of Disneyland, California Adventure, and Disney hotels were participating :)As a Disneyland Annual Pass holder of 11 years, I am at the two parks regularly and I was very excited to meet the chefs that were happy to prepare us the food at the event!

My love & I meeting chefs from Disneyland..One of our fave places to go!

There were many restaurants that prepared food at the event. Some of my personal favorites included New Orleans Square, Sally Ann Catering, The Ranch Restaurant & Saloon (My Husband’s review), La Brea Bakery, Bubba Gump Shrimp Company, & PCH Grill at Paradise Pier. I have several pictures below to highlight some of my favorites at this event!  There was also a silent auction held in which all proceeds went to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.  All of the bands which included Detour 91, DSB, Bostyx & Aerorocks were awesome!! We had a great time and definitely plan to attend the Taste of Anaheim or TOA as they call it once again next year!

  12. Any event that includes food is a good event! Next time you should make some recommendations about which restaurants represented had the best food. Lots of us travel to Anaheim and would try them.

great to see you guys supporting cures of cystic fibrosis – have you watched the video from Dr Terry Wahls? She didn’t have CF, but she had MS, and reversed it…
