When I attended the Cancun Food and Wine Festival last month there were several activities to attend that were open to the public.:) 2 events I attended that I wanted to share about were the Global Food and Wine Villages and the Cooking Demonstrations.
Both of these events were held at the Moon Palace Hotel which is located close to the airport in Cancun. The Moon Palace is a gorgeous resort and very large in size.:) The tastings and Demos were set up in one of the buildings on the property and there was ample space to explore and taste food from the different restaurants located all over Mexico, taste wine from a variety of different regions, as well as watch cooking demonstrations.

Vendors ranged from Air France, in which we had the opportunity to sample some of their food and wine served on their flights to many of the beautiful resorts in Cancun sampling their restaurant specialties. We had a great time conversing with vendors and trying a variety of different foods and wines. In this post I highlight these vendors in my pictures I share below!

If you have never been to Cancun, it is definitely a fabulous destination to visit! The beaches have gorgeous clear blue water, the weather is warm, and the people are so friendly and welcoming. There is one resort I always specifically love to visit in my four times of going to Cancun…to read all about it see here → Hyatt Zilara Formerly the Royal Cancun. Even though this resort recently changed in ownership & name, I can honestly say everything was just as perfect as I mention in this post I wrote when it was still The Royal.:)

If you missed the Food and Wine Festival in Cancun, this year, you should try and plan to travel and visit this event next year! This was third year for this event and I am sure there will be another one last year since it was a success.:) To see my other post about this festival, which is all about Baja Wines in the Guadalupe Valley, click here → Wine Tasting in Mexico in the Guadalupe Valley.
