A month ago I shared about a media preview I went to for the upcoming Orange County Restaurant Week. You can see that article here to see the delicious delicacies we sampled –> OC Restaurant Week Party.  This post is simply because OC Restaurant Week is starting this Sunday, March 1 & will go through Saturday, March 7.  I simply want to share with you the list of restaurants that are participating so you can check out their amazing prix fixe lunch and dinner menus that range in price from $10-$20 for lunch and $20-$50 for dinner. 🙂

Another awesome feature this year is that during OC Restaurant Week – which happens to be the last week that Girl Scout Cookies will be available on sale in Orange County until 2016 – select restaurants will offer delicious desserts inspired by and featuring Girl Scout Cookies! Some of the OC Restaurant Week participating restaurants are even hosting local Girl Scouts for a Preview Tasting, where girls will get the chance to taste the sweet treats and meet with the restaurant’s chef – all important as many of them strive to earn culinary and business badges.

Featured desserts include:

–Farrell’s Ice Cream Parlour Restaurants – Lemonades Cookie Cream Soda
–Maro Wood Grill  – Girl Scout Cookie Crunch Sundae with Gluten-Free Trios Crumble
–Pascal  – Thin Mints Mousse Cake
–Paul Martin’s American Grill – Homemade Ice Cream with Assorted Girl Scout Cookies
–Provenance  – “Girl Scouts Rock” – Chocolate and Peanut Butter Mousse Torte with Gluten-Free Trios Cookie Crust
–Slapfish  – Caramel deLites Chipwich with Thin Mints-studded Ice Cream
–Slater’s 50/50 – Peanut Butter Patties Push Pops and Caramel deLites Push Pops
–Sundried Tomato American Bistros and Catering – Lemonades Cookie Sandwich

In 2015, new Gluten-Free Trios were added to the traditional cookie lineup. These Girl Scout Cookies feature chocolate chips nestled in a gluten-free peanut butter oatmeal cookie. Meet all the cookies here: http://www.girlscouts.org/program/gs_cookies/meet_the_cookies.asp.
